    Absolutely stellar customer service! I purchased a water softener 3 yrs ago from the former owner that went bad. When I looked at the warranty it was invalidated because the softener had been placed in the direct sun. The new manager replaced the old softener and even built a shelter for the new one. I expected to have to fight for a replacement , but they were quite gracious about it. I'd recommend them to anyone.
