    There have been three letters sent and texts between parties with no resolution. I have support documentation where the company said they would submit to the insurance company and then said it was denied they wanted to work with us and have gone silent and refused certified letters. July 23, 2024 ***************************** *********************** Owner **************************************************************************************************** Dear ******:On June 11, 2024, I submitted photos and a receipt for our automobile needing detailing after the gate painting on April 27, 2024, causing overspray on our 2024 ****** Outback. This was receipt number: ****** for the amount of ******. In that conversation on June 11th, you told us you would submit the ****** bill for services rendered to remove the paint overspray from RV Express in Yuma to your insurance company. Stating it would *********** weeks.We have approached the time limit with no insurance check from your carrier. Please immediately contact your insurance carrier to secure the payment for the requested remittance by August 1, 2024, or send the amount from your company to cover our expense due to the paint damage to the vehicle.If we don't receive the payment by that date, we will promptly file this case in small claims court.At that point, it will become a public record with the county and with the Better Business Bureau who I will copy on this correspondence. I'm looking forward to a faster resolution on this matter.******* and *********************** ************************************** t.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
