    My experience with ***** the PHD plumber in **** Arizona started out positive. I scheduled a plumber from them because our master bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. What started out as a routine toilet unclog ended up a much larger problem and not one ***** created. To fix the problem since there was no access to the pipes under the mobile home he indicated that they would have to dissemble the shower to get to these pipes. I asked for an estimate (this was a week ago) and paid my $150. I never received the estimate so today (a week later) I called to ask if they decided not to bid on the job as I never received a quote. The person who answered the phone said she wasn't aware they were going to send be a quote and was going to contact ***** and would get right back to me. I made this call around 8:30am, I am writing this review at 4:30pm and no call back. I suppose if you like to *** a company for its business then PHD plumbing in ************ is you cup of tea, but I am not that type of person. Based on the two reviews below me I'm guessing they aren't either. I would suggest you go with a business that values you as a customer, not only will they earn your business they will also support you after they have completed the work, which I question this company would do. Heed the old saying "Buyer Beware" and go somewhere else

    I called this business for on demand water heater not working and they could not figure it out in 3 visits and $950 later it was just a propane supply line problem that should have been easily replaced the first visit for less than $250. I do not recommend this business. The owner **** is an arrogant stubborn egotist!I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BUSINESS!!
