I contacted 48Solar for information on having solar installed at my residence. After speaking with 4 other representatives from other companies out of *******, it was nice to finally speak to someone who was honest about what solar could do for my home, its limitations, and realistic financials. Leonards commitment and integrity shined through during our meeting and he spent almost 2 hours discussing and educating me on solar systems. He answered all my questions and more, providing an excellent customer experience. While we ultimately decided not to have solar installed at this time, I would not hesitate to use his services in the future and encourage anyone contemplating solar for their home to contact 48Solar first, and avoid the run around.
