    they are very unprofessional,,,,,we had a feral 3 week old kitten that was abandoned by its mother,it had a bad eye infection,we called to get help,,,,,,,,,,,,4 week waiting list.???we made appointments for all 3 feral kittens in a month,,,,,,,,3 days later we called and needed some ointment for the eye,,,,,,,,they said wait for 3 weeks and come in ,,,,,,,,,,,why not just charge us for eye ointment and help us out,,,,,,3 weeks for a baby kitten is a long time,,,,,,,,,,we had a confrontation about helping and now we receive a letter telling us go to ****,,,,,,never come on their property,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so why are they in business????we will never go or call them again,,,,they are greedy jerks........hope they go out of business,,they dont want to help little feral animals.........
