    The company offers a 5-day ***** period to pay rent/electricity. If the 5th Day falls on a sunday, they are closed on Sundays, and we are charged a $50 late fee, no exceptions. The owner ***** told me I was an ASS! for arguing with her stating "If I don't like it, take my trailer somewhere else".

    It is true, we charge a late fee on the 6th day starting from the due date, this is posted in our office and it's also in our rules. It is true that we are closed on Sundays and have been for 3 years, the tenant is aware he can drop the payment off in the office door slot and we will not charge him a late fee if the payment is due on a Sunday and is there when we open on Monday. He also complained that one of our associates doesn't know how to split a credit card payment, he was given an option for that issue too.  There is NO $575 dispute, that is his rent, and he wasn't charged a late fee this month as we waived the late fee.
