  The credentialing company was very responsive in providing status updates on my applications. Even though there were some delays beyond their control with the insurance companies, the credentialing service persisted and submitted applications to multiple insurers for me. They communicated frequently via email and phone to inform me of the application status and next steps throughout the 6 month process. I appreciate their transparency and regular updates. While credentialing can take time, this company diligently followed up with the insurance companies to get my applications approved. I am thankful for their persistence and understanding of the frustrations of the credentialing process. I would recommend them to other healthcare providers needing credentialing services. Their communication and responsiveness provides peace of mind during a lengthy credentialing period.

  We had a great experience working with DBN to get our clinic credentialed with multiple insurances. The credentialing process can be quite complex and time consuming, but DBN was diligent in submitting all the necessary applications for us.Throughout the process, we were in regular communication with DBN. Their team was very responsive to all of our inquiries and provided excellent customer service. Despite the challenges of credentialing, DBN persevered and put in tremendous effort on our behalf.Thanks to their hard work and dedication, DBN was able to get our clinic credentialed with several major insurance providers. This has allowed us to open our doors to many new patients that we couldnt serve before.   Overall, I had a very positive experience working with this company on my healthcare accreditation. The representative I worked with was extremely responsive in gathering all the necessary information and documentation for the accreditation applications. He maintained an exceptionally polite, patient and professional manner throughout our interactions. I really appreciate how they worked diligently with my insurance provider to get the accreditation approval despite some initial challenges. The representative was incredibly understanding and accommodating when navigating the process.   Running the medical billing for my small internal medicine practice was becoming an overwhelming nightmare.   We hired Doctors Business Network to help our small pathology laboratory obtain the insurance credentials needed to bill patients' insurance. They delivered the services promoted - submitting and following up on all our applications. Doctors Business Network walked us through setting up the required Availity account with BCBS and submitted the necessary paperwork. We appreciate that they followed up regularly once applications were submitted to keep us updated on status. The entire process took some time, but we now have the billing capabilities critical for our business. Doctors Business Network provided the insurance credentialing service we hired them for. In the end, we obtained the insurance credentials we needed for our pathology lab to bill insurance. We are grateful that Doctors Business Network delivered on providing this service that is so important for our business.

  Overall, I had a good experience working with Doctors Business Network for credentialing services. The process took longer than expected to get *********** fully credentialed with insurance panels, but the representative we worked with was responsive in providing status updates along the way.

  Same as the other complaints before me, it has been 8 months since I paid them and they started processing my insurance credentialing applications and some are still in process. It took them 6 months to process ******** and Triwest. On top of this, communication is poor and very disorganized. They did not set up my portal until a month ago. The portal itself is not very helpful and some of the links don't work so when I click Aetna to check the status, a ******** link pops up with nothing in it. They did not inform me I have been approved for Triwest so I have unknowingly declined VA referrals citing I was not credentialed with Triwest yet. They sure know how to sell their services. They will talk you up about how great their company is but I have lost my trust in this business. Do not trust them. I am still waiting for all my credentialing applications to get processed 8 months into it. There is also lack of transparency in their billing services. They give you a report that's appears made up without supporting evidence of how much insurance actually paid you.

  I do not recommend this company. They take your money and they do not do their job. It has been six months since I paid in full and less than half of the work is complete. They give you the run around and then after some time they do not answer calls or emails (by they, I mean even their front desk). I called from other numbers with a different name and they sure took that call, when they found out it was me they hung up. I do not know how this company is still able to operate, especially when dealing with sensitive matters such as health insurance and credentialing.
