    On March 8 I purchased from forever tint. A ** called me from *******, she said that she did not service Florida patients and someone would call me. No call was ever made. I've since sent multiple emails with no response. Also with no call from a **. ***** is no phone customer support only email.

    ****** is a pediatrician located in **********. Did the verification for the *** window tint exemption medical unit? Knowing it would be rejected by NYS *** specifically ForeverTint defraud me and many other clients claiming if *** rejected the doctor ForeverTint would provide a local doctor medical exemption to resubmit to run out the clock on filing a claim with the credit card company to get our money back. ForeverTint guarantee was nothing more than a ploy to defraud and delayed. ForeverTint made excuses that they were in the process of hiring a local doctor and said no money because they are fulfilling there end of the guarantee by looking for a local doctor to refile the mv80 forms.

    I was charged $200 for a tint exemption from forever tint based in ********** the ** they provide is not accepted by NY DMV they know this and will not issue a refund saying it's not their fault, I paid for a service that was not provided

    Ordered tint waiver paperwork.07/17/24 total paid $199.00 submitted to New York state DMV and they rejected it as not proper documentation required. I emailed company 3 times. no reply. no phone number to contact.scam !

    I requested service from this company on 8/30/24 in which this company was to provide medical exemption for window tints for my medical condition. I spoke to one of their medical providers Dr. ****** ***********. It turns out that this medical provider is no longer accepted by **************. This company refuses to issue me a refund. This company is also collecting payments from other people as well via their website, in which this provider will not be accepted, as this site is a scam. I have attached the denial letter from York state. ForeverTint refuses to respond to my communications regarding this issue. I feel like they should not be in business as they are scamming people out of money. The "manager's" "****" or "****" phone number is **************. Nobody will return my calls to remedy this situation.

    Purchased 5/22/24 when their site listed 100% guarantee. Got sent the needed paperwork but New York state *** says that they will not accept anything from the doctor used to fill out the paperwork and that her license has been/is in the process of being flagged. Company then does not answer emails and then sends a blanket email to all customers backtracking on their 100% guarantee and threatening customers who take action against them. Is it not the business responsibility to hire help that will meet the guidelines of what's needed for the service they are selling? How do they still have this service listed for sale on their website when they know it won't work? Refunds or replacement services that provide what is being offered are needed.

    5/2024 we used Forever Tint to send us a letter from their provider because my husband has eczema which window tints help prevent it occurring. This was faster than waiting for a doctors appointment. They charged us $199 to send all the required paperwork. *** DMV declined what they sent since it was not sent with the correct application and they did not provide the doctors licensing information. Their unwillingness to send the corrected information or issue a refund is completely unacceptable. They also threatened to charge us $60 per card dispute which we will be doing. After multiple phone calls and emails they are unwilling to send the correct info.

    I paid $199.00, to get a vehicle window tint exemption. It was denied. I need a full refund please.

    ForeveTint stated that they can get me tint exemption for my vehicles. I told them I am from **, they stated that is not an issue. I submitted the form and certificate they provided to me to DMV. I received a letter from *** stated, they are not accepting tint exemption from this Healthcare provider.I called ForeverTint and they say they can't do anything or refund me. This seems like a scam, the Healthcare provider should know if they are in good standing with the state the claim they can provide for or at the very least refund the money.
