    I had an absolutely horrific experience with this company. One of their drivers, operating a Penske truck, not only hit my car multiple times but also physically assaulted me, stole my phone, and fled the scene of the accident. The driver was later arrested.
    When I contacted Firebrand Artisan Bread Company, it took them nearly two months to respond. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, they have yet to provide insurance information for my car repairs, raising serious questions about whether they had valid coverage at the time. After all this, they offered me an insultingly low settlement to make the issue go away.
    This company has shown complete disregard for accountability and customer care, attempting to silence me instead of addressing the damage and trauma caused by their driver. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise against doing business with a company that operates this way.
