    Hello, I'm requesting a refund of $100.00 from FHL Web **** Last year, I purchased from Blm dispensary in ******* **************, on 4/10/2023. At the time, Blm used a third-party platform called FHL Web **** for their POS software transactions. However, earlier today (3/04/2024), I spoke with *****, a Blm supervisor, who told me as of 2024, they no longer work with them.The total purchase was $155.58, I paid $100.00 in cash and the remainder was charged to my **** credit card - $55.58. I've attached the original receipt.Unfortunately, my **** card statement showed that FHL WEB charged me: $168.58 on 4/11/2023, which included a gratuity tip. (Statement attached).And I found out that I was overcharged $100.00. I filed a chargeback with my bank, ***** Fargo for $100.00 and provided a copy of my receipt. And *** denied my dispute. A FHL Web customer representative named ***** contacted me **************. I emailed my receipt to ******************************************** He acknowledged the error and said they'd refund my card. Unfortunately, he stopped responding. I'm disappointed. And I'm reaching out to BBB in hopes that you'd be able to help me and resolve this problem.Attached please find my emails with FHL Web **** my **** credit card statement, and the original **** receipt. Please notemy personal info is included in the *** emails and I kindly request that it's not shared publicly.)Thank you for your time.

    We have received your compliant ID #******** dated 3-4-2024.  We have reviewed this complaint and are familiar with the issue raised by the complainant, *********************** and believe this is an issue between the complainant and the store she purchased at ****************.  However, to resolve this issue, we are willing to refund the complainant $100 via an ACH payment once we receive the complainants routing number, account number and bank name.  Please have her send this information to FHL WEB.   Thank you.
