    I signed a contract with this company for them to provide leads and then sent in a $500 deposit. I never recieved a lead or any kind of outreach from an AE. I contacted the Salesman that I spoke with and he repeatedly told me they were working on my account and that is takes time to build up the leads. Prior to signing up I was told they had lost a very large client and already had an abundance of leads for me to start working ASAP. After going back and forth with ***************************** he then let me know that I was able to cancel and recieve a full refund after filling out their form and sending it in. I filled out the form and sent it in and copied ****** multiple times and have not recieved any compensation. I have reached no less than 8 times and now *************************************************** heard back from the company.

    I contracted with *****************************, Partner and *****************, for mortgage leads 6/29/2023...he guaranteed me 4 leads in the first month and 8 within 60 days. I haven't received 1 lead from them and when asked for a refund since they haven't provided my any leads, ****** wouldn't return my calls and stopped answering my emails.

    ***************************** contacted me on 7/10/23 to see if I was interested in mortgage leads, the pitch was don't pay until deals close, which I have seen before in my industry. He indicated they had worked with large lenders such as Rocket Mortgage etc. We started conversing together by email a couple of times by ********** indicated I would receive complete applications along with credit info, he was in constant contact via email wanting my pic for forms etc. Once this was completed then he asked for a check for $708.16 I asked for what he said because we run credit then I would pay for that, I indicated ok I will authorize my credit card. He said for the first time the company required check but moving forward after this you could pay by credit card. I waited about a week to reach out by ************* nothing, then last week on 8/1 he sent me an email saying he received email & run a status report, this has been it, tried number several times but it's some automated system, & after doing some research online it appears the numbers all lead back to him! I do have all the emails & canceled check.
