    Purchased: Dec. 07, 2022 Item has a 2 year warranty In Nov. of 2023 one of the whips malfunctions and flickers after it's been turned off. It drains my vehicles battery due to this malfunction. I have to unplug it to keep it from draining the battery.I have sent photos and even videos of this occurring in 4 separate emails dated Dec. 10, 2023, Dec. 16, 2023, Jan. 05, **** and Jan. 10. They have not responded. I have contacted the company MULTIPLE times looking for a resolution. They have failed to return my emails. I had requested either a replacement or a refund. At this point, I no longer have confidence in this company or product and would like a refund in order to purchase a similar product from another company. On-top of the product cost I have paid over $2,000 CAD to a shop to have my Mictuning lights installed. Ideally I would like Mictuning to reimburse a portion of that as the whip is defective and I will need to pay the shop to remove them. Currently waiting for the shop to send me a copy of that receipt. Will upload that receipt when I receive it. In the past I have had issues with this companies Rock Lights because of connection issues to my device (they are not compatible with iPhones even though their web site states they are) and some of the lights burning out within the first year. When I contacted the company about those issues they were excellent in responding and even replacing the lights at one point. But with these whips, they are not responding after several emails at all.
