    4/6/24 I held my twin daughters birthday party at this location and paid for the mega VIP party package. I did not receive majority of the items that I paid for.I didnt receive the evites, a dedicated host, water bottles, party favors, or tshirts. I was only given 5 of the 10 jump passes. The drinks brought to the party room were not what was ordered. The pizza was burnt and I had to pay to have outside food delivered. There was never an announcement made for any of my party guests as promised; I had to walk around the park searching for the guests. I tired to complain to the manager the day of the event and was told there was no manager on duty; someone would call me the following day. *** called multiple times daily since, and finally drove back to the park yesterday after not being able to reach anyone for more than a week and never receiving a call back as promised.The ringers were turned off and staff acknowledged they had been instructed to do so by management. The women at the counter kept relaying messages to me from someone in the back and after requesting 4 times To speak directly to whomever she was talking to, the general manager finally came out and spoke to me. He offered me free jump passes which I declined because I do not live near the park nor do I want to patronize the business after my experience.He told me all sales are final even after acknowledging I did not receive what I paid for. He told me to take it up with my bank and would not offer any portion of the money back for the package. I explained to him multiple times jump passes did not address that I paid for something I did not receive. He said sorry and said i should have complained the day of; I explained that I did and was Told no manager was there. He said he was there but nothing he can do now, and sent me on my way.

    Our events manager reached out to the party parent and was able to resolve the issue on Thursday, June 27. The party parent came to the park that day and was reimbursed for any inconveniences. We also let the parent know we were sorry for the challenges that happened on the day of her party. We have used her feedback to make improvements to our party experience.
