    I am beyond frustrated with *** and their complete incompetence. I placed an order using my current address, yet somehow *** had an outdated address on file. I called ten times to correct this issue, and each time I was assured it was fixed. But every time I checked the status, it still showed an address problem, and the delivery was delayed ************* the end, I had to go pick up the package myself, even though Id already paid for delivery. The level of incompetence here is shocking. How hard is it to update an address? *** drivers cant even find a straightforward address thats only 15 minutes away! I will be escalating this to the BBB and sharing this experience across social media so others can be warned. *** is unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money.

    We understand your frustration, unfortunatly you have the wrong business.

    This is The UPS Store 0612, we are a Franchise and have zero control over package deliveries or drivers.

    From past experience with UPS please try the below resolutions that might work:

    1) You need to contact the 1 (800) 742-5877 and talk to a supervisor or have it redirected to be delivered to nearest access point location to your address.

    2) Go on UPS.com create an account and change the delivery to pick up.

    3) Visit the UPS main Hub at 22 Brookline Aliso Viejo, CA 92656.

    We appologize for not being able to directly resolve your issue, and hope that the information above will help you.
