    I signed up my son for fall soccer back on June 30. In August we were told our team was disbanded and we would get money back. We had created portal but yet we had to fill out form. I was told my check was sent in late September but address was wrong. I have yet to get my refund. I need my money back.

    The incorrect address was given by the complainant therefore the original check could not be delivered by mail.  Therefore, it came back to ****.   Upon receiving the undeliverable mail, we contacted the complainant and confirmed the correct address and a new check was issued and mailed on Monday September 7th.

    AYSO says they got the wrong address but had this in their portal. Also I have yet to get any payment or check. It's ridiculous they said my address was wrong and tried to fix I was the one who told them about my address. The fact I had to keep asking for my money for several weeks is ridiculous. I won't close complaint till I physically get the check. I don't believe anything they say. They are liars and horrible people to do business with. Never again. Disappointed that they do business like this.
