    The slope behind our house has water running on it 24/7. We have tried multiple times thru our *** to get this problem resolved thru the other *** that manages that slope to no avail. Contacted moulton niguel as they provide the water service to this area and they said there is really nothing they can do.....The person who called me back the next day said he contacted the *** to inform them of the issue and they said they would get someone out. I asked whom he spoke with and he stated he cannot divulge that information. I pressed him further and he finally admitted he did not speak to anyone, just that he left a voicemail in the general mailbox and then informed me that this is really my issue and not theirs. I'm sorry, but Moulton Niguel fines me and sends notifications if I'm using what they deem to be too much water, but won't do the same for a business/***? We are in a high slide area and I'm sure having water running 24/7 on the hillside is eventually going to cause damage and issues......
