    My account with the email: ******************* got banned on December 1st 2024 due to a wrong dispute of charges i made about my purchases on ****** game blade and soul on months of October and November, on my credit card statement the buyer was named XSOLLA and to me i thought i am getting scammed so i dispute the charges and got a full refund on those charges, but it was a mistake on my part i never intended to get my account banned via this interaction, so i emailed ****** on a separate email because they do not let me even log in on my main account that got banned, and asked them will i be getting my account back if i reverse the dispute through my credit card company? and they told me yes and this happened on 13th to 14th of december this was their response : "Hello,Thank you for contacting ****** Customer Support Team.Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your issue.This account has been blocked as we have received notification from the associated bank that the funds were returned to the account holder for purchases made on this account.For the block to be lifted, the funds will need to be returned to us. Your financial institution should be able to confirm if this is still possible.Once you have contacted your financial institution concerning the funds in question, please let us know of their decision.We will review whether the account restriction can be lifted once the chargeback funds are returned.Regards,****** Support Team"i called my bank and made sure that the money is with ****** and the dispute is reversed on all charges and now they have not answered me at all ever since 14th December they did not get back to me even after i replied to their ticket saying i did what they asked me to. so i would like help of BBB to get this matter solved because no matter how many times i try i cannot get to ****** or get any response from them.thanks

    On April 29th of this year, I purchased a Class Change Bundle in NC America's ************ game for a total of $96.95. The item allows the player to change their class but upon trying to use this item, I encountered an in-game bug that prevents me from actually using the voucher. Upon doing further research, this is a bug that was reported by another player back in 2022 and it has never been fixed. I proceeded to submit extensive video evidence to NC's support team about the bug and it clearly showed the voucher is non-functional on my character. The support team continues to waste time asking me redundant questions already answered in my video evidence that they also refused to watch, such as the time of the incident. They didn't reply for around 27 days, only to suggest bizarre troubleshooting such as "resetting my internet connection". These bizarre troubleshooting steps were also given to me AFTER I contacted staff in their official Discord server, who also reported and confirmed this to be an in-game bug. I have asked for a refund MULTIPLE times in a good manner, even asking for store credit instead of a refund. All screenshots show the conversations I have had with their support. They then had the audacity to try a cop-out, which they replied that the voucher could not be refunded because it was in my character's inventory instead of the Received Items vault. I then had to explain to them in order for me to even use the voucher or KNOW I was affected by the bug, the voucher needed to BE in my character's inventory, along with threats of reporting them to the BBB and FTC. That is when they decided to keep "investigating", admitting they lied about being unable to refund in the first place. To this day, the 4th of July, I'm STILL waiting for a refund and keep getting copy and pasted replied from them. Charging players money for an item that is non-functional and refusing to refund it is fraud. There is no justification for withholding my refund to two months.
