    I attempted to engage *** to assist us with prevailing wage compliance work. This was new to us so we were hoping to be trained by *** to do the reporting properly and for them to assist us in preparing documents for *** approval as well as help us with our system setup. We had multiple calls with *********, the owner in explaining what we needed. When we received the contract to sign, it included multiple services we did NOT want to engage them for. When we had a call with them to discuss, she was still not familiar with our needs even though we had had multiple calls to discuss them. Instead of listening to what we needed and addressing, she talked constantly and did not actually listen to us. We still attempted to move forward and were asking for a small adjustment on the contract as to who would be signing the contract. Instead of them responding to that, the next thing we received was an email stating that they would not be working with us. WHAT? Talk about unprofessional! In all my years, I have never seen such an unprofessional consultant and absolute waste of time. Do not bother with them for you business!! You will not be treated well.
