    On 08/12/2022, Mr. ******* ******-owner of Panther Rain Gutter was paid $1,956 to install rain gutters at my home. I noticed several leaks from the newly installed rain gutters after we experienced some rain and called the company on 10/27/22 to fix the leaks. I spoke with *******'s son, *****, via his cell phone # ###-###-#### who then scheduled the fix on 11/3/22 but then they did not show up and did not call to tell me they were not coming, despite confirming the morning of 11/3 (see uploaded text messages). I messaged ***** the next day and received a phone call from *******, the father, who scheduled to come do the fix on the morning of 11/6/22. Again, no one showed up and no one called. I then called ******* at his work cell phone # ###-###-#### on 11/7 to try to get our gutter leak fixed after his second no-show. He told me he'd come the next morning to repair the leaks but did not show up for the third time. At this point, I realize Mr. ****** of Panther Rain Gutter had no intention of completing the job for which he was paid. I wanted to leave customer reviews to warn other potential customers, but realized that the company doesn't seem to even exist on the internet as he was referred to me by word of mouth. I was able to locate this BBB page for their business when I looked up Mr. ******'s cell phone number ###-###-####, which is linked to his business. At this point, our newly installed rain gutters still leak and we'd simply like to have them properly sealed as they should have been when initially installed.
