    On or about September 15, 2023, I spoke with *** who stated he could get me headstones for the grave markers of my loved ones at a reduced price since I had previously purchased 3 caskets from his company. I had no reason to believe he couldn't come through with the delivery since this is kind of his field of business and even the caskets he sells are much lower in cost than going through a funeral home. He stated I would get a call from one of his reps within a few days, to date I have not spoken with anyone. At approximately January 2024, I started contacting *** about the product and there it began, run-around after run-around. On March 4th, 2024 he told me to file a claim with my bank and that he would not dispute it, which I did. Only to learn the bank works with **** and **** policy states no claim can be filed after 120 days. I believe *** knew this. Since March 7 I've texted and called *** sometimes on a daily basis and he has yet to resolve this matter by refunding me my $1250.00. I've tried working with this guy on several occasions with no clear resolution and I'm now seeking assistance.

    Hello, I am *** Licensed Funeral Director. My family owns funeral home in ******** and needed some caskets purchased because of supply issues due to the pandemic. I placed an order for 3 caskets from ******* on 5/3/22. On 5/4/22 received a call from ***************************** of emporium casket. He advised me to cancel order with ******* & work directly with him. He stated that the process would be quicker. I cancelled ******* & placed the order with him on 5/4/22. On 5/8/22 and 5/10/22 I paid total $5521.87 for 3 caskets. Shipping arrangements were made & caskets were requested to be delivered to ******** international *****. 2 caskets were delivered on 5/19/22. The 3rd casket was unavailable & had to be shipped from another state. The 3rd casket was supposedly delivered 2 days later. There was an issue with paperwork for 3rd casket causing multiple trips to amerijet. I paid 450 extra inconvenience fee. ******** has no record or paperwork proving delivery to warehouse. called *** for proof of delivery and his delivery person had no paperwork to show proof of delivery. I have shipped and received packages via this carrier and there's always a paper trail. In fact you must show ID when delivering items to warehouse. *** told me ******** lost my 3rd casket. I asked for a replacement casket or a refund. Denied. He told me if he gave me a replacement casket he would have been out of 2 caskets. For months I asked for a solution. I have been ignored and lied to. In September *** called and said ******** found my casket and he could ship or deliver to me in NY. I asked for the casket in NY. I still don't have my casket. He's a fraud. Promised me delivery on multiple occasions. I called he claims he's busy and delivering in ********, ******** etc by himself. I have offered to pick up from warehouse in ** and been denied. Always an excuse. I paid my money on time and still don't have my merchandise. Please help me resolve this problem and not let him take advantage of others.

    I wanted to inform you that the complaint has been resolved and I was given my merchandise yesterday by Casket Emporium.

    After purchasing a casket from the above company, I was promised a discount on Memorial stone. Place order in Spring 2021 and was told that stone will be laid late spring to beginning of summer. The owner of the company came to my home and collected $1,395.00 and gave me a receipt. I contacted him mid-summer to follow up and was told that it will be done before the winter start. Each time that I contacted him I got a new date. He also gave me several companies that he is working with to finish the job but still unable to deliver. He then told me that he will refund my cash because I have been waiting so long and that he will still complete the job free of cost. Until today's date I have not received anything.
