    Purchased a fountain at said vendor on 6/26 for the amount of $********, upon delivery and installation (by the seller), the item was defective (it leaked at the base). The business manager/owner indicated they would send someone out to repair it. The repaire took awhile to schedule and unfortunately the defect was not repaired which is leading to the foundation being replaced. The owner/business manager is dragging their feet on committing to a scheduling date for install. It is now 3 months from date of purchase and we received a text changing dates yet again. I want it documented with the BBB and resolution is 1) fountain is replaced, 2) repaired with a warranty - due to damage prior to install, or 3) we can dispute the charge with our credit card for a full refund. 1, 2 and 3 are in our preferred order. 06/26 FABBRI STATUARY AMERICAN CANY CA ********

    Hello,

    We initially delivered ****** fountain and, after addressing an issue, tried to fix it. When that didnt resolve the problem, we ordered a brand new fountain and delivered and set it up for him. He thanked us and hasnt contacted us since then. Its possible this message was sent before we delivered the second fountain. Weve attempted to call him to resolve the matter and are waiting for a response. I apologize for the delay in reaching out; we were away for our daughter's wedding and just saw the mail today.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    However I would like it noted he attempted to call and left a very different toned voicemail see the transcription below.

    Hey **** , it's ******* with so we noticed that you made a complaint which doesn't bother me with Better Business Bureau but we went to your house tried fixing it didn't work . We ordered you a new one . We went to your house . Replaced it with no problem . Didn't ask anything from you and you still made it complaint which I don't care but I just think it's really rude for you to do something like that . Anyway, you have a good day
