      This gentleman, *****, Provided the information I needed to purchase a speciality component for older test equipment. Very informative and friendly. I certainly would deal with them again.

      ***** = Legend! Extremely helpfully and always happy and friendly. Has taken the time to get to understand how our company works and the type of things we require. Has also worked out the time difference (*********** v ***) and ensures all queries are sorted prior to the US team logging off for the day. l happily work with ***** any time.

      ****** the salesperson helped me with 2 PO. He was great at his job and on top f me with every update! Whenever I buy again I will go directly to him. He is super nice and friendly as well!

      Didn't have a good experience working with this company at all! I'm an approved contractor to the federal government and I initially spoke with Gage M/ASAP Semiconductor for a part availability. He asked me to email the part# (which I did). ****** replied back asking for information about my company (which I provided). After providing the information, I requested an update via email. There was no response after a days of not hearing from Cade, so I called. I was advised he was out of the office ill. Understanding.... However, there was no out of office reply and once he returned to work, he apologized for the delay. Yet he still didn't provide the information I requested only to ask more questions (I found irrelevant, but I provided) about why I needed the part. Once I provided the next set of information, **** went ghost again; no response. I called the main # I initially reached out to, only to be passed around and back to Cade. I called the main # and depressed the option to transfer me to sales and a male answered. Instead of him wanting to assist me and resolve the lack of communication and professionalism issue I experienced with ****, he asks the name of my company and what we do. By this time, I'm frustrated and asked what does that matter (not rude). Obviously, I wouldn't be continuously calling or emailing if I didn't have a specific need to contact them. He hangs up on me! I called back and he pretends he didn't just hang up. This company have very unprofessional associates representing their business. One reason I continuously reach out is b/c it's a specific part; not many companies can supply. Even if ASAP didn't want to assist me (not sure why), Cade could have advised this on day one. I wasted a lot of time and effort contacting this unprofessional company!! Next time ASAP choose to not assist a potential client, be transparent about it!!! Do not waste my time!

      ***********************, gave great customer service (care) during my experience, when I stepped in to help out a fellow co-worker. He kept me updated every time there was a change. I, felt he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to correspond with. My, overall experience was 5 Stars. Thank You ******, for giving me excellent service!*****************

      ***** listened to my problem and then suggested that I contact component central. The reason was your minimum is way higher than the parts I needed. I waqs happy with the outcome.
