      Disney guest services agreed verbally over the phone and then in writing to refund my $507 back to my credit card because of our horrible experience at their resort and have failed to do so. I have reached out to disney several times about the refund but get a run around because of all the different workers. Enclosed are screenshots of my communication with disney with my original complaint that the guest service phoned me back about aside from the fact that they dont have workers keeping people from cutting in line (kids said family in front of them let 8 other family members cut in line and then my somewhat autistic son got attitude from an adult for breathing on him .

      I reject the solution because Disney has not refunded the $507 back to my credit card yet as promised and has not called me.  I requested all correspondence be done thru email so it is in writing. Enclosed are copies of one of my messages to disney as to why the day at disney was one of the unhappiest places on earth.  In addition, enclosed it their guest service response and mine.

      still getting the run-around!  Disney has not solved the issue and refunded the money, but rather continues to send you to different departments to talk to another new person unfamiliar with everything.

      '8/5/2022 BBB closed case saying "BBB has been revised to reflect this dispute as unresolved" Guest last interaction said this "still getting the run-around! Disney has not solved the issue and refunded the money, but rather continues to send you to different departments to talk to another new person unfamiliar with everything." 
      We sent the Guest all the inforamtion we were able to provide.

      I bought tickets to Disneyland about 2 months before going and I was not told they were having a special event that day I traveled all the way from ******* to enjoy Disneyland my family and I were planning on staying till they closed I was told it would close at 12 to my surprise they closed everything at 7pm due to the special event as Disney is a big company they should have gave a warning about the event and not charged full price I also got in contact with them and they had no solution for me they didnt care at all.
