    The date of transaction was 8/22/2023. I ordered a dash mat carpet from this company. There website only showed one picture when I ordered it and it was a poor quality for the price that I had to lay for it. When I contacted them they acted like they didn't want to do nothing but replace it with another one. I told them I didn't want another one and they said it was a $10.00 restocking fee and when they shipped it out they charged **** Ground rate of $20.90 which when I returned it it only cost me $14.90. They are overcharging on shipping cost and they are charging stuff that was there fault when they cut it. If there website would have shown pictures of the product that I ordered it would be different. They claim that the dash mat would fit a 2013 to 2017 Chevrolet Traverse which it did not. I have pictures of it on my dash and what wad cut out of it wrong if you need them.
