    Date of transaction: March 27, 2025 Business name: Pro Auto Collision Inc.Business address: *************************************** On March 27, I dropped off my Tesla Model Y after a rear-end accident. I was told the repairs would be covered by the at-fault party's insurer (***) and would take 12 weeks. However, when I picked up the car nearly a month later (April 22), I discovered that the damage was not repaired at all in fact, it looked worse. No one at the shop told me in advance that no real repairs would be done.I messaged the shop immediately. They claimed the damaged parts were reinstalled without replacement and that misalignment is normal. This was never disclosed beforehand, and I was misled to believe the car was fully repaired.Later, they changed their story and said *** had not approved repairs. But during the month they had my car, they gave me no update and never informed me of any insurance issue. Instead, they told me the car was ready for pickup, clearly implying it was repaired. This is dishonest and unacceptable.I believe this shop misrepresented the situation, wasted my time, and put me at risk of losing insurance coverage for proper repairs elsewhere.I am requesting:That AAA not release any payment to this shop;That the claim be transferred to another certified repair shop;That I be compensated for the delays, stress, and mishandling.This shop showed negligence, poor communication, and lack of basic service ethics.     Hello,

    ****** complaint was that the has to pay for a rental that he himself rented from enterprise. He had filed a claim through *** where liability was accepted and then got denied therefore he was left with a rental bill. Pro Auto Collision is no responsible for any rentals though enterprise. This issue will need to be resolved between the customer, AAAc 
    Insurance and enterprise.
