      Incident Date: 08/27/2023 Original shop address can not be added actual address is *************************************************************** On this date I took my vehicle to have it get checked out since it was making a noise the mechanic that was working that day took my vehicle for a test drive when coming back he mounted my vehicle to put it on the air when approaching the mount he went in fast that he hit my bumper on the lower left side, I was standing there when all of this happened the lady in charge at the time heard the hit and came out to guide him in but the vehicle had already been hit and mounted I advised I was going to walk to the laundromat and I will be returning for my vehicle due to the car being on the air I was not able to tell the hit I messaged my partner that the man had hit my bumper and messed it up. Later that night when getting home I was able to visualized the damage since it was to late I went in Monday after noon advised the actual Owner of the shop what had happened she advised she was not aware of the situation I asked if her cameras worked she said yes but that she needed to wait for her son to come and that she will return my call I asked for her name she did not provide, but proceeded to take pictures of her own. Tuesday 08/29 came along I went into the shop and asked if she had an update she said she spoke to a body shop and that they told her it was to much of a damage for it to had happen there she asked to take it to the body shop to get an estimate mind you shes affiliated with this body shop so to me they are no longer trust worthy I called the body shop they advised they never said such thing to to the hit not happening there. All they can do is give me an estimate. Wednesday 08/30/2023 came along I got her the estimate from there and from a body shop I go to and there was not much of a price difference gave her the estimate and she denied paying the amount since it was to much for her. I proceeded to file a police report the officer ********************* #**** advised to go this route since she is not willing to help I have evidence on everything said.       I went to Cervantes road assistance on 09/03/2022 to repair my ac on my Chevrolet Tahoe 2006. They worked my car for less than 1 hour. I paid ****** to have my car fix. My car was working fine until 09/26/2022 and it stopped working. I took my car back so they can work on it and have the issue resolve and they said the Person that worked on my car was recently fired and they dont have no one else that works on ac. Im asking for my money back or the issue on my car resolved
