    My home is at ********, a *********************** in *******. It was new home, November-2022 moved in.Couple months ago, I found out there was a defect(bulge)on my top floor.Before this time, I also found floor defect on second floor and got it fixed in ******************** 1 year new home Toll Brother warranty.But when I found out the newer floor defect, this company refused to fix the defect, and claimed that it's out of the warranty.Now I need them to fix this defect, but I don't trust Floor Systems to work on this matter. Therefore I prefer to find workers to fix the defect, and Floor Systems to pay all the fees to fix the floor defect.I attached our email history in the supporting documents with photo and video of the defect.
