  I am writing about an interaction I had with your company, regarding a conversation that took place between myself, my husband and **** ******* following a text message I sent to ***** ******* on 11/12/2024. In the message, I expressed my frustration with the ongoing delays and lack of communication on a job that began in the spring and is still not completed. I used the term "shit show" to describe the situation and referred to ******* performance as a manager. I want to clarify that I did not use any inappropriate or disrespectful language toward *****, my choice of words was strictly in reference to the state of the project. what followed was a call from **** to my husband, in which **** told him that "***** can't be talking to people that way" and proceeded to interrupt me when I attempted to explain my position. I was taken aback by ****** tone and the manner in which he addressed the situation. He dismissed my concerns and instead of addressing my complaint, I was reprimanded for my choice of words.This interaction left me feeling frustrated about length on the job and also deeply uncomfortable with the way I was treated as a woman. Being told that I cannot express my concerns in a direct manner and being "toned policed" by a male employee is troubling, especially when my language was not abusive or inappropriate.I find it concerning that a member of your team would threaten to "close out the account and send us a check" as a response to my use of one mild expletive. I expect my concerns to be taken seriously, and I should not be made to feel as though my voice is being dismissed simply because of the language I choose to.I hope you understand that my intention is not to escalate matters unnecessarily, but rather to bring attention to an experience that I feel reflects poorly on your companys professionalism and respect for customers, regardless of gender. I would appreciate your attention to this matter.

  My last email to All County:*****,One of the worst decisions I have ever made was allowing All County into my home as a trusted contractor. I am truly disappointed by the way I have been treated, I have been taken advantage of and ripped off. I have worked the last 40 years of my life trying to help and give to people in need, not only do I work a full-time job, but I also pastor a small church in ********, so my time is valuable and very limited. All County has taken from me the two things that I don't have enough of to help more people, my time and my money!My hope is that AAA will realize from this situation that All County should not be and should have never been a preferred contractor. In my best estimation All County is a band of thieves that does poor work.I will work my hardest to let my feelings about All County known.Sincerely,*******************
