Over the last six months I paid Omnidrome a total of over $12,000 to build a website and also $1000 a month was included in this amount to maintain the website so that leads for work would come in. In about the last half of year not one lead came in and they Kept telling me at first said it would take a few months and then 3 or 4 months and then five or six months For a job leads to come in. This turned out to be a fabrication. They charge me around $6000 for a website, I happen to talk to a professional who has been in the business with websites for 15 yrs and he looked at mine and said it would’ve cost a normal company about $2000 to build that website, so I feel that they way overcharged me for the website, and $1000 a month to get a job leads. I understand in business there a risk but I am asking for $4000 back for the website build and half of the $4000 that I paid over the last four months to bring in job leads. So I am asking for $6000 total which is about half of what I paid and got hardly anything for my investment, I feel that they were not forthcoming with me, and I felt they kept leading me on when it came to getting job leads. When I called them to arrange a meeting to let them know that I could not continue paying them $1000 a month, they basically just cut me off.

Omnidrome partnered with West Coast Paint Co.'s David for about 9-10 months, during which we extensively improved his brand, created a website, and executed a marketing campaign. The initial 5-6 months were dedicated to building the brand, website, and media, while the final 3.5 months focused on a PPC campaign. Our sole goal was to help David's company grow.

David raised concerns about our pricing, stating we charged him $4,000 for the website, while a “professional” suggested it was worth $2,000. Custom websites in Orange County, California typically range from $2,000 to $10,000, excluding e-commerce sites. Our $3,500 fee included the website, a landing page, and custom coding to match brand standards. The $3,500 also covered a video for the website, valued at around $1,200. We quoted 1 filming location but accommodated David's request for an extra 2 at no cost, although this is typically a charged service. Despite our usual policy of not accepting installment payments for web and creative work, we allowed him to pay in 4 installments due to our good working relationship.

David also expressed disappointment with our marketing service, claiming he received no leads during the 3.5-month campaign. However, we consistently generated several leads monthly, as we initially communicated that results might take 4-6 months due to the competitive painting market and a generic company name. David mistakenly responded to us instead of the leads we provided, which we corrected. We also proactively ensured he saw weekend leads and created a custom auto-response email at no extra cost. It's crucial to note that not all leads are of equal quality, as we stated initially.

We provided the agreed-upon products and services as discussed with David, and we added extra value at no cost. We do not offer refunds for completed work meeting the specified standards. We were disappointed to see our collaboration end, as our intention was to continue working with David to grow his company.
