    Europa Soccer Camp July ***** ************* ** Summer Soccer Camp To *************************, director,I was extremely dissatisfied with the conditions and quality of service when we arrived to drop off our son. The accommodations at **************** House were not available as advertised. A headcount for the team was given with payment for $625 prior to camp, and yet there were no rooms for our players upon check in. Instead, a different location, located at *******************************, in disrepair was offered (water leak in building, beer cans in the sink, see photos). There were not enough rooms or beds to accommodate 15 people, including 1 coach, and 3 members from a different team. City SC was allotted 3 rooms for our 11 players. Please see floor plan attached. It clearly states that each room is only suitable for double occupancy. Your solution was to bring up extra mattresses from a flooded garage that were wet. The parents on-site quickly intervened and demanded dry mattresses. There was no onsite cafeteria to serve meals, snacks, or drinking water for the kids, instead we were told someone would bring food for the kids or uber ********* for the duration of the camp. There was no experienced or professional staff to help, there was no coaching staff to supervise the kids when we arrived, instead there was an individual not associated with your camp, Cici the property manager, trying to improvise the accommodations for our kids, including putting minors with other people located in a downstairs apartment. There were extreme safety concerns for our children, you then left the apartments and never returned. The coach did not arrive until 12:45 am. We had a parent stay behind at the property to ensure supervision of the 14 minors left in the residence by you. We then left the apartment with the team in its entirety at 8:45 am. Hes clearly acknowledged that we did not participate in the camp and has refused refunds.

    We signed our son up for a week long summer camp, offered via Europa Soccer Camps website. When we arrived at camp, per the instructions provided via email from the camp, there were other would-be campers, but no camp. Europa never sent any communication indicating camp had been cancelled. It was not until we contacted them did we discover they had cancelled camp due to low enrollment. They keep promising a refund but continue to miss the deadline they set for issuing this refund. Upon researching reviews, they appear to do this on a regular basis. They are scam artists.

    I found Europa Soccer Camp through online search and after researching it had good reviews on the website and other places. I registered my son for 2 weeks costing a total of $1390 for two weeks. They were supposed to stay at the *********** ************* center Sunday-Thursday and then have a weekend free and then return the following week for Sunday-Thursday soccer camp with professionals, drills and countless other benefits. On Sunday when I arrived to the location in *********** for the first day of camp, there were numerous families but no camp. We were all scammed. Shortly after they sent an email saying it was cancelled. We contacted the company and they said that they were postponing the camp and that there were possibly refunding. No one has received their refund and all the families just left. After searching online I have found many families who have been scammed and never received any compensation. We bought plane tickets to be able to send my child and his friend to this camp. We spent over **** and this is ridiculous that Venmo and other platforms accept money for this company. When I called again a man answered in ******* and said we had a wrong number. This is a fraud and scam and they are robbing from families like ours.

    I enrolled my son for a 1 week overnight camp through Europa Soccer Camps at the ******************* in ************. I paid $625 for the camp and it was to run July *****, 2022. 3 days before the start date, I received an email stating that the camp was cancelled because of low enrollment. They offered to allow my son to participate in a different week of camp (which we was unable to do) or offered a refund. I immediately asked for a refund and never received one. I then followed up by email, phone call, and text message, and I have not received a response or refund.

    On 9/30/21, we signed our children up for 5 weeks of summer camp at Europa Soccer Camps and paid $2,125 via PayPal to Europa Soccer (see document Soccer Payment Euro ****)The weeks signed up were (see bottom of email called Fwd 2022 Camps Cancelation):**** ***** at ******************** for 1 camper (Alexandra) **** ***** at ******************** for 1 camper (Alexandra)August **** at St. ******* School ************ for 3 campers *********** ****** and ****)We asked *************************, organizer of the camps for details for several weeks prior to our start date of camp and he never responded. We later came to learn that there was never any camp scheduled at ************************ (see email called Verification of No Summer **** ** Also never happened). We never received any communication from ****** about a refund camp just never happened.After learning that **************** accepted payment for camp which he never intended to provide, we contacted St. ******* School and learned from them that ****** had no contract for the week of August **** either (See email called **** was never to occur). So, ****** accepted payment for 5 weeks of camp that he never had any intention to provide.I emailed with ****** and 2 times and he offered to provide me a refund (see email uploaded).****** also called us and told us that he would issue our refund right now, but we never got the promised refund. We also sent a payment request for $2,125. He never responded.Finally, ****** sent an email on 7/31 stating clearly that he agrees with our credit card dispute and will not contest it, (see email called Fwd 2022 Camps - Agrees to our dispute through AMEX/PayPal).However, ****** has taken no steps to either refund my money or to advise PayPal or Amex that he does not dispute my request for a refund. Currently, everything is on hold per PayPal pending his response, which has not come.

    I paid $425 for soccer camp for my daughter for July 31-August 4, 2022. On July 22nd I received an email from the camp saying that they have canceled her week due to low attendance and were consolidating her week and the week prior (July 24-July 28). I immediately wrote back saying that we could not attend those days (July *****) and expect a full refund due to their cancellation and extreme last minute notice. I have contacted the camp via email 3 times, my husband has once, and both my husband and I have left voice mail messages on the number provided on the website. I have not received any response back nor any indication that I will be refunded. My last effort to get my money back has had to be to dispute the charge on my credit card.
