    I ordered the Just a girl Who Loves Books personalized mug of a girl in what appears to be a tree trunk with books all around. I received a completely different mug. I received a black mug, no tree trunk with the words on the back of the mug.I emailed them several times. They responded that they wont refund or exchange the mug. They recommended ordering and paying for another mug. Theres no phone number for them.Terrible customer service. Hard to get ahold of them.

    Ordered an item that was advertised would be received before Mothers Day o on May 12 2025. Its June 1 and Im still waiting. Macorner is offering 20% off of my next purchase for compensation. Im finding out that my package is coming from *****.

    Ordered a plaque for a first ******* Day, never arrived, complained and they just been fobbing me off for weeks, how it got delayed being made then got lost in transit then suddenly was in transit yet still hasnt arrived and even if it does, its weeks after ******* Day and first ****** day ruined. These people are scammers and have no phone to contact and just have AI send gibberish ********** not Order from them One star is too high

    Product was as expected, but they totally mislead regarding shipping times, and my kids did not have their Mother's Day present to give on Mother's Day. I ordered on April 29th, and Mother's Day was May 11th. That seemed like plenty of time, and when placing the order, the site said delivery was expected by May 6th, so I went ahead and placed the order. On May 6th, **** was still saying it was labeled on April 30th, but they didn't have the package. I emailed the company, and they said they would investigate and get back to me within 48 hours. On May 8th, I emailed again after not hearing back. This time I was informed this little tidbit:"On April 30, our shipping partner picked up your package from our warehouse and that's the time when the shipping label was created. It takes some time for our shipping partner to bring your package to ****'s facility and get scanned into their system.This whole process might take from 7-10 business days depending on whether it's low or peak season. Please wait for a few more days and follow the order for more details. If it still has not been updated by May 11, please notify us for further assistance. "I'm not sure how they could state expected delivery date was May 6th if it can take 7-10 business days for the package to get to ****! Obviously, they straight out lied. In the end, **** didn't change status to "received package" until May 10th, the day before Mother's Day, and the package didn't arrive until May 14th, 3 days after Mother's Day. So even though during the order process they said it would arrive by May 6th, it took 15 days from Order date to delivery. After I emailed one more time, they offered me a 20% off coupon, which I will never use, because I will never order from them again. For the record, I'm no *****, this is my first time writing a Trust Pilot review.

    ******** fraudulent company. Placed an order on May 1st, never received it. The tracking has not updated at all. No phone number to reach the company. And all emails are canned form letters that have nothing to do with your issue. They stole my money. ***** this company as they are just a total scam. They have been no help whatsoever to the many many times I have reached out to them for information.

    I placed an order on April 27, with a guarantee on their website that it would arrive by Mother's Day. On April 29, I received an email that my item had shipped. The **** website said "shipment label had been created." It remained in that status until May 12. I contacted them several times, but they would do nothing to help me. I asked to be reimbursed at least for the shipping cost. They offered me 20 percent off my next order. There will NEVER be another order. This company's customer service lies, and prints lies on their website. I finally received my item three days after Mother's Day. It is pretty, but it's cheaply made. I thought my suncatcher would be some form of glass, but it is all plastic. For $40 I was expecting something more.

    Don't order took my money never delivered. They keep telling me to wait Won't refund my money weeks after it was supposed to be here. No phone number. **************** is garbage. Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Thieves.

    The reviews on ********, Instagram and BBB speak for themselves. I ordered two plastic stained glass personalized items. I live an hour from where they said they shipped 9 days ago. The shipping company hasn't received the items. There's no updates. The company just keeps telling me to wait for the late products that it will be worth it. If you leave a negative comment on social media they delete them. You will notice there are hardly any comments on ********, it's because they delete them all. So unfortunate because my little girl is heartbroken that the mother's Day gifts she ordered me will never arrive.

    I ordered 14 days ago and still do not have my item needed for a graduation. Macorner outsources their tracking and use the "shop" app for tracking, however this app is just as bad as Macorner, and does NOT provide a tracking number nor real time updates.Once they take your money, it's just a waiting game IF and WHEN your items will arrive.
