      I am so angry and frustrated with T-mobile stores in mall!!! You and your employees have zero customer service and your lack of communication is so frustrating!!! I went into the store 3LSU at the *************** to get a quote and was quoted $300 for 3 lines. I decided not to go through with it and went to another T-mobile store to get a different quote. However, the lady Faith still activated the lines with random numbers along with two tablets line and charged me for it. I received a bill of $260 in the mail and a bill of $500 from debt collection saying I didnt pay my bill. I went into the store to see if the store can give me store credit and deactivate the account. They cant even give me a proper answer just that the manager will call me but the manager never did! Its been a whole week and I called the store a couple times only to lead it to voicemail! I will get my lawyer involved if the store is still unwilling to cooperate with me to resolve the issue!

      I switched 3 lines through them to ******** and was promised a $40 per month rebate on my bill. They had me pay $160 per month and asked me to come back in 3 months and I would get the credit for the $40 per month and the bill would be reduced to $120 per month. When I returned for the credit I was told they were working on it and it was coming. Another month and another billing cycle and today ** told nothing can be done. THIS IS WRONG!!!!
