      I placed an order and paid with Afterpay and my order didnt go through yet I was still charged through Afterpay. I have contacted both companies and neither of them helped with my problem.

      I ordered a fear of god sport tank top and running shorts Order #********* on May 7, 2022 totaling $140. They arrived on 5/16/2022 and were too small. I went to PACSun at ************** Mall and spoke to a manager who said they cannot return fear of god items in the store. He said since it was ordered online, I would have to mail the items back to receive a refund, fear of god items are only refunded via online returns. I mailed the items back on 5/17/2022 and still have not received a refund. I called customer service twice and still no refund even though they received my package return. Please refund me my $140.00.

      I used apple pay on 8/26/22 to order something. A few days later i got 3 separate charges and then found out they shipped to every address in my apple pay and charged them separate. I only made one order and got one order confirmation page, but instead of refunding me I was told I had to wait. Now Sept 6 I am waiting still and no refunds have been made on a system glitch.I was told to submit a police report and that their system was at fault but then told I was at fault for making a purchase. I just want my money back.Also the Buyer for PacSun **** has a police report on him because that was the only way to file it because to my knowledge the only form of theft was from Pacsun and he happened to be the one customer service named.I have contacted several times with no assistance in my matter and just want my money back on things I did not order or authorize to order. Also to point out that they have a backend coding flaw that allows this to happen and have a backdoor for people to charge others credit cards. As a business of their size I hope they fix it faster than not.

      Pacsun is a retail company that is selling shoes that are selling shoe 3 times the price of retail amount. On 3/03/22 I purchase yeezy slide that I never received. I contacted pacsun and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I spoke with ***** and they advised that pacsun had to file a claim due to them being the shipper, they refused to. How do you not help your customers? After this happened to m I red reviews on their site and this has happened to a bunch of people. Almost 6 months later and out of 300 plus dollars and didnt receive anything. I want my money back ASAP. Order No: *********

      Apologies we were not able to resolve your issue to your expectation.

      To confirm, for instances where customers claim non-receipt of a delivered package, we do require a police report before we issue a refund or replacement.  Once we're provided a copy of the report, we validate it and can then process a refund or replacement, typically same day or within one business day.  While we can file a claim with ****** that process can take over 3 months for resolution, and they also require a police report to be filed.

      To address the selling at 3 times over retail comment, the item purchased is part of our PS Reserve assortment, which to your callout are goods sold at resell value.  You'll find that our prices our competitive with our resellers such as Goat and ******.

      My 17-year-old son returned a bunch of shirts that were too big for him; PacSun gave him a $352.38 gift card. He was going to order mediums instead of the larges, but I accidentally threw out the gift card when I was cleaning his room. The card is gone becasue the trash was picked up. This happened a few days after they issued the gift card to him. I called Pac Sun at ************** and I spoke to ****** she sent me an email requesting a cop of the receipt which includes the last four digits of the gift card and the date, time, store location and transaction number. The email said they would contact me with update within one to eight hours; it's now been six days. I need them to respond and re-issue the gift card. My son spent all his money at that store and they are very unprofessional.

      I order clothes from this store online 3 days shipping because I had a birthday I need to attend to and these where is gifts,I checked my phone on August 3rd ********************************************************************************************************* front of my door I dont see it, I contacted pacsun consumer service they was no help at all their where telling to file a police report instead of trying to give me back my money I was so disappointed the worse experience I felt ever. I will like my money back Now!!!

      i purchased something from pacsun's website a month or two ago now, i returned EVERYTHING, i only got a partial refund, i reached out to them 15-TWENTY different times, i was told a supervisor would call me back THREE times, no one ever did and i am still missing $174, i am disgusted with this company. SO poorly ran, i called again and it says to do chat, i do chat and it says to call for a supervisor, what an awful company. Order (*********)
