    This company abuse collector like me. owner do not sent the exact items and some time say item already sold out. this is not a remorse or financial benefit. this is to other people dose not get hurt for fraud company.

    Customer called on Sept. 20, 2023 and proceeded to insult the agent who answered the call, calling him an idiot and then began insulting Americans in general. Once the agent tried to speak, the customer began mocking him, stating that "he's a billionaire", and proceeded to hang-up on him. Our customer service team had been attempting to contact him regarding out of stock items but had not received any response. A follow-up voicemail was left after reviewing the call mentioned above; end result was order being cancelled and refunded. Since customer never called again or gave us the opportunity to speak to offer a resolution, we removed his contact from any marketing subscriptions he's previously enabled, and blocked his accounts from future purchases (back in September) due to the disrespectful attitude towards our team. Customer's requested resolution of no future contact has been in place since September 2023.

    I have an account with ************************** and I purchase graded currency from them. On May 15, I placed an order for 13 graded bank notes. I submitted payment through there website at the listed prices and they accepted payment and processed the payment. A few days later I looked to see the status of the order and found it had been cancelled. I did not receive a phone call, text or email informing me of the cancellation. I submitted through their website a contact request, asking why it had been cancelled. I received an auto reply stating they would look into it and let me know. A few days go by and nothing. I emailed again asking for an update on my original request for info then they replied the order was cancelled due to a pricing error. I replied and respectfully stated that that error was not my fault and I felt they should honor the sale. They stated they would not and I then informed them I would file a compliment with the BBB. I am simply seeking that they honor the sale at the prices I paid and not to hold it against me in the future as I do buy from this company regularly.
