    ACC & Engineering and I entered a contract whereby ACC was to perform the following two observable tasks (1) Perform a visual inspection of ***********) Perform structural analysis calculations and generate an associated report with calculations to determine and state whether a support beam in my house can be kept or not. ***************** of ACC & Engineering visited my house Dec 2 and was paid 50% of the Contract value on that day. The report was due December 9, 2022. However, no report was delivered on December 9, 2022. My emails to ACC requesting status were not responded to. *** had stated previously in writing that the calculation would *********** hours to complete. This structural analysis is critical in performing the subsequent construction work at my house. The delay of the needed construction work would prevent the house from being repaired for water damage, cause the property to suffer further water damage and further loss in real estate property value.
