      They give me a upside down loan And when the pandemic hit due to closure of job they had car the repo and then did charge off on my credit And I don't have the car and my personal items also in the vehicle having trouble getting a new car

      On NOV 2nd 2023 I had a payment arrangement made where lobel would withdrawl a set amount payment of $ ****** which is my monthly payment amount, that was going to be pulled from my banking account on 5 Nov. 2022. They were working with me with a payment plan because I was in significant hardship and was a single mom trying to survive. I had called them on Nov. 4th 2022 to get my 10 day cash payout amount because I was trying trade that car in because it stayed having several issues. . Long story short they sold me a lemon. As a single mom they were ok giving me a vehicle that ended up having airbag malfunctions. AND THEY KNEW THAT! so when it came time to take my payment that we agreed upon which again was due $264, they ended up taking my entire paycheck. The first paycheck at my new job that would've helped my daughter and I out immensely.... lobel took everything out of my bank account and they said that they are going to reposes it. I don't understand how somebody can do that to someone who's barely getting by as it is. And now I can't get a hold of anybody!! I've been calling 8 times a day for 5 days!!!! Nothing. I'm sure they will repossess it tomorrow because it's veterans day and I'm a veteran myself. But clearly libel doesn't give a s***

      Lobel Financial disagrees with the consumer's contentions.  We have both attempted to contact the customer as well as spoken with the customer on several occasions since November 2nd.  A supervisor has reached out to the customer on November 11th and again today, November 14th and left voicemail messages.  We ask that the customer contact our office directly to address their concerns.

      This business has caused trauma to me and my children and is fraudulently charging me for a vehicle I no longer have possession of. The vehicle was repossessed by their employee someone they hired which was racist and made up false allegations and had me sent to jail for a day almost. The employee was harassing me and stated they were recording me without my consent as I seen as well as I was taking out my belongings out the vehicle. When the police arrived because I took my tires which I bought personally and the came was on 4 flats when I bought it. The employee got passed and called police and told them I was trying to stab them because I pop my own tires my neighbors have afull video and somone surveillance camera has caught it they have updated the price on the vehicle and is still charging me and never gave me a chance to pick the car back up. My bank took the money back as a result of fraud because I was using online account to make payments through my 1st bank but when I used my chase they called the transaction fraudulent and took the money back and the very next day lobel financial was here to pick up the vehicle. I JUST WANT THIS OFF MY CREDIT BEFORE I GO TO OTHER LEGAL MATTERS BECAUSE MY FREEDOM AND MY REPUTATION WAS JEOPARDIZED BECAUSE A WHITE WOMAN DECIDED TO LIE ON A BLACK WOMAN TO A BUNCH OF RACIST COPS BUT I FINALLY HAVE THE ***** AND LIKE I STATED ABOVE SHE STATED SHE WAS RECORDING BHT WHEN I ASKED HER TO SHOW THE ***** SHE DID NOT SHE SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE ONE MY BABIES ARE STILL IN COUNSELING BECAUSE IM A SINGLE MOTHER AND WAS HOME ALONE WHEN THIS OCCURRED. I have to retrieve the video from my neighbor which I am still waiting on.

      Lobel Financial disputes any claim of misconduct on its part.  On May 6, 2021, this consumer entered into a contract to purchase a 2013 Infiniti M37 from Si Se Puede Autos.  The contract was subsequently assigned to Lobel Financial.  Due to the consumers failure to make the required payments starting in or about November 2021, the vehicle was repossessed and resold on March 29, 2022 and May 18, 2022, respectively.  The information Lobel Financial received from the repossession company is that, at the time of the repossession, the customer slashed the tires on the vehicle, threatened to slash the repo trucks tires, and threatened to stab the repossession agent.  In response to the consumers violent conduct, a police report was filed with the **************************, Report No.22-2786.  The repossession was fully authorized under the terms of the contract.  The consumers claim of misconduct on the part of Lobel Financial or the repossession company is patently false.  Nonetheless, since the consumers complaint, Lobel submitted a request to the credit reporting agencies to delete the subject account from the consumers tradeline.

      I Am writing to state here that I have a witness and was racially profiled and false allegations were made I have a balance from Americas first Finance And I bought those tires on my own yes I tried to take my tires which was in my name and I have the receipts to prove it also there was a witness on scene and a camera that Recorded the whole interaction the repo agent came and was very Hostile not one time did I threaten the repo person I am got a lawyer and was going to be represented with evidence and a witness statement but after they took the vehicle off my credit now I believe they are trying to put it back on also I have evidence that this Lobel financial is stealing and laundering money and doing fraud by getting people to pay 500$ for someone to make a fake job and documents I still have that proof *** post the messages between me lobel finacial and so se puedo autos I have proof that I paid for a document to make it look like I was working but the Volunteering Agent at the office if so se puedos she called a man and had me pay 500$ to make it look like I worked at ****** security and Lovel Financial is aware because they are all in cahoots its very crooked car company *** also be making the *** aware of this as well the fact their employees are doing fraud and making false accusations and they have dash cams on their tow trucks that record from the time that they arrive share that video of if it evidently true I can share mines here I have a video from that day and conversation from the employee convinced me to pay the 500$ for the documents and the other messages of her rating that Lobel financial is aware

      This company is reporting negative information on my credit reports. They allege this account was charged off as a bad debt yet they are still alleging and reporting there is a balance owed. I have not received a **** C for this CHARGED OFF debt that is now to be treated as income to **** have attached a cease and desist along with requests from this company prior to me filing suit.

      They repo my car even after I made a partial payment like they said I should so I wouldnt have more then the amount required to repo car .. Now they wont answer my calls

      Lobel financial had continuously harassed me if I was one day past the 10 day grace ****** for a loan on a vehicle and then in the early hours of the morning of august 30, 2022 they repossessed my vehicle with my license and other possessions inside it.Previously they denied any Covid relief when I had pneumonia due to Covid in August 2021.
