    I ordered a pair of women nubuck cuban dance shoes but received a pair of satin shoes that appeared to have been used(worked and discolored). The customer service representative asked me to send photos to her via text. Upon receiving the photos she insisted that the shoes were the ones on the website and that she would send me a new pair acknowledging the pair sent to me were used. I explained to her that nubuck shoes as described on thier website was what I ordered and I would not accept a new pair of satin shoes. I requested a refund. She agree to send me a free *** shipping label. I returned the shoes using the label a refund less $9.95 was issued to my credit card. Don't buy from this company they are dishonest. From selling used merchandise as new to thier dishonest return policy.

    I am so sorry, our returns department did not originally refund the shipping charge. We have refunded that amount of $9.95. Just allow a couple of days for that to reflect.

    Beware of their flawed website. I saw the email notice of cyber week sale and got excited, did not notice the fine print of excluding ***** which is my fault. I Immediately jumped in their website and bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. This price is higher than several other online stores but with the 25% discount, it wouldve been cheaper. I entered the promo code and the website took it, no error message shown, and the total price in the cart reflected the 25% off. I went through all the steps for checkout and at every step, the total priced reflected a 25% discount. Until I hit place my order and all of the sudden the total price on the receipt showed a higher price. The system took off the discount at the very end, when I can no longer make any change. I immediately tried to contact their customer service on the phone but it was already after hours. I send an email immediately as their website and phone message instructed. The next morning, customer service responded that the order has already been forward to warehouse for fulfillment so they cannot cancel it. The only option I have was to return the order after I receive it and pay $5.95 return shipping. An hour later, I received another system message telling me the order has been forwarded to warehouse for fulfillment. There are multiple problems I see here. The 1st is that the system showed one price at checkout but charge me more is not acceptable. It should have accepted the coupon code in the checkout process, not AFTER i complete the order. The 2nd being there is no way on the website to cancel order immediately. The last problem is there shouldve been a way to cancel a order BEFORE it is shipped. Plus, there was a whole hour between customer service responding to my email and the system telling me order was forwarded to warehouse. I have been a customer to ********************************************* for the past 12 years but will be going to other stores from now on.
