      I had a root canal/crown done at 7 Day Dental on Euclid on 9/20/2024 and paid around $400. They scheduled me to come back on Sunday 10/6/2024 to continue with the crown. They called a day ahead to cancel me. I had to call them back to reschedule. It was on 10/9/2024 at 5PM. They called me around 2 or 3 pm to cancel me again stating that they could not see any more patients. I had to call in from work those 2 days just so I can get my tooth done. I lost 2 days pay for this. The dental office kept insisting I get the expensive crown which I could not afford and opted for the lowest price just so I can get it done with. To myself I think they keep bouncing me around because I didn't go for the higher crown and they will get small amount from me. I contacted Delta Dental, my insurance and have not heard from them yet. I also contacted 7 Day Dental customer service and have not heard from them either. They keep saying they'll forward my complaint to whoever is handling complaints in their office but no replies yet. As of now, they have not contacted me to schedule for them to finish putting my tooth.

      June 12. 2024-March 30 2024 Went to this office (7 day dental)for an initial x-ray and Check up. It was discovered that I needed some extensive dental work. A treatment plan was in place after that. After a little time, I started to get pain from an abscessed tooth that needed a root canal. After a couple of botched appointment schedulings, I received the root canal. After that. I got a tooth cleaning and was told well see you in six months, leaving the rest of the work unfinished. At that point I decided to visit another dentist. She discovered that the root canal was not completed And promptly referred me to an endodontist who had to make the botched root canal right, and relieve the pain.I was not told that the root canal went badly at Seven Day Dental, I feel that was in bad faith, and I should not be paying them for a bad faith, botched job. They used most of my insurance to do this and out of the pocket expenses as well, I feel I should be reimbursed. As well as my insurance company. I am only seeking for my insurance company to be refunded. Out of the pocket expenses from me are less consequential.

      I took my daughter (15) to 7-day dental. They stated she needs 4 root canals and crowns on her four front teeth, as well as multiple other fillings and braces, which I would hae a huge out of pocket cost. Her insurance company rejected the work stating she only need fillings for the root canals requested. I took my daughter to another dentist for a second opinion as this is major work for a teenager. The other dentist stated she only needed 2 fillings in the front teeth. She does not have ANY other cavities. They also said she does need braces to fix a tooth and it should be covered by her insurance as it is not cosmetic. I had taken my other daughter there for a root canal I submitted her xrays to the other dentist and they stated she only needed a filling. She got unessessary work done. For myself, they stated I needed 2 extractions 2 partial dentures and 2 bone grafts, my out of pocket cost would be $7,000 and they would not work on me until I had the money. I went to the second opinion dentist who verified I DID NOT need bone grafts, I only needed 1 extraction and the other tooth was salvageable. They also verified my insurance covered all the costs. 7 day dental in not ethical at all. They are trying to put children and even adults through unessessary dental proceedurs and profitting off of it.
