The project was promised to be completed in two weeks, but it remains unfinished five months later. Repeated delays, ignored feedback, and misalignment in the websites design have negatively impacted my business. The website still does not reflect the luxury aesthetic I requested, and despite numerous attempts to escalate the matter, progress has stalled.A detailed timeline of communications shows multiple instances where feedback was either ignored or inadequately addressed. Simple updates (e.g., changing a phone number) took weeks, and critical elements like *** were never initiated due to the incomplete site. Despite requesting meetings and escalating issues, WAB Studio has not resolved the ongoing concerns.Efforts to Resolve:Ive made numerous requests via email and escalations for meetings, but none have led to meaningful action. My requests for a refund for *** services, cancellation of the contract, and access to my domain have also been ignored.Desired Resolution:A full refund for the undelivered *** and content services ($3,000).Completion of the website by October 6, 2024, reflecting the luxury event planning brand I envisioned.Full access to my domain and backend upon project completion.Compensation for business losses due to the delays.An urgent meeting with the development team to finalize plans and address outstanding issues.If these matters are not resolved by October 6, 2024, I will pursue legal action and further consumer protection claims.
