    This company is so incompetent and non-responsive. For a business that caters to people in need, they are difficult to contact, surly, and do not live up to time commitments for repair and deliver which is vital for individuals using motorized scooters. My 87 year old father had a scooter, purchased through them break down. We contacted them immediately and they said they would go and pick up the scooter and give him a rental at $20 per day. We waited three days for this to happen. Then waited 7 days to be told that they could not diagnose the problem and would need to take the whole thing apart. We were assured that this would happen over a three day weekend. Five days later, we were informed that a part needed to be ordered that would take a week to receive and then have to be installed. Long story short, we were told the repaired item was ready and would be delivered today (after 26 days), only to be told that it will be another four days to be delivered because they are backed up. Almost $1,000 later and a month, my father still does not have his scooter. If he did not have us to advocate for him, I'm not sure where he would be after relying on this company.
