I have sent emails, left voicemails and called to speak with a representative several times over the past 11 months that I have had a virtual mailbox with PostScan Mail about being overcharged for items and services that I have not used. I have received several excuses as to why the wrongful charges keep occurring with no resolve. The last bill received today for $1.50 reflects being charged for having mail at my virtual mailbox location longer than 30 days which is not true. I have called about this and asked for a refund, which was given last month, just to be wrongfully charged again. I would like for this company to STOP wrongfully charging me for services that I am not utilizing, provide a refund and provide some type of customer service compensation for this repeated inconvenience by a manager.

The company has charged me my monthly fee four times. It still says update my account card, even though it has been updated and they have stolen four monthly fees in one month. I tried to cancel my account and they are blocking my ability to do so stating I need to update my account....which has been updated.

I started with this company last year in September. For the first few months, everything was okay. The charges were $20 per month. I was receiving mail and some packages. Then the charges started increasing, to $22, then $26. Then from April to June, the charges when to $32, to $38. While I always received app and email notifications of mail arriving (pictures were taken and sent to me), I never received any notification of charges. Until July and August. But finally, in the last couple months, July and August, I have been charged $56 and $43 per month, when my mail has just been just a few letters and a couple packages. The last two months are also the ONLY months where I have been emailed a breakdown of charges. In July, the charges for storing my mail and packages were $14.51; in September, $11.19. However, I am now being charged for PICKING UP mail. In July, $22; September, $12. The charges for picking up mail and packages ARE MORE than storage of them. I understand and agree with being charged for storage of mail and packages. But there was never anything in the contract, nor any notification stating changes in regards to fees, for someone to COLLECT their mail. And why didn't I have such fees earlier in the year when I definitely had more mail and lots of packages? I spoke to customer service and they said this is how it's always been and refused to help me any further. I believe this to be a complete fraud committed by this company and am leaving them. Unfortunately, I cannot get a breakdown of the earlier months of what I was charged. They will not provide me with that.

We have been with Postscan since April 2023. I just started a telehealth business so initially there wasn't a lot of mail. Now that we are getting checks from Insurance companies, things have become very difficult. We have had several checks come in and we consolidate about 5 or so pieces of mail together but when the package comes, there is only 1 item. The cost of these packages are anywhere from 4.80 to almost $12. It doesn't seem to go by weight so I am not sure how they are charging. We have tried to call them and no one answers and there is no voicemail. We have emailed and were told that they would find the mail and send it as well as refund $10. We have received other emails back and we were told that the items we are missing are listed as being in the package so there is nothing he can do. I would go and pick up the mail but I live almost 2 hours from the address. We have been receiving checks from insurance companies Wellmark has multiple checks for us and we have not received any. There are 4 envelopes with 1 to 4 checks in each one we have not received. We are having to have the insurance company reissue the checks, but those are not making it to us either. The credit to start the business is almost gone and to date, we still have received a small fraction of what we could have. I feel that post scan has been unfairly charging for consolidated packages that do not have the items that are supposed to be in them. I don't know how they are charging fees if they go by weight, and they are not delivering on their services. I want a refund for at least the past 2 months of all fees and monthly subscription charges. I also need a work around because I cannot do a postal change of address with a virtual address company. My only option is to continue using their service the same way which is financially straining. I would like a solution to this.
