  Our firm had supported this company as a vendor since 2016. Starting in 2019 to present they NEVER paid their invoices on time. It was common to be 60 and 90 days past due. Their accounting department would hide behind their support staff and never have answers. We choose to "work" with them through the pandemic being empathetic. The late payments continued and never stopped. We were constantly promised payment would improve. It never did. Presently, they owe tens of thousands of dollars and cannot meet their internal payroll. We learned a hard ****** here, go with your gut. We should have bailed on this company long ago instead of trying to support them in their challenges. Come to find out, ***************** is a tax evader and most likely a fraudster *************************************************************************************************************************** **************************************************************************************** phone numbers are all disconnected. Funny, website is still active and CA corporation is still open and not terminated yet. This lawsuit may be the final nail in the coffin for them.   Their ***********, ** location doesn't do direct deposit. Their excuse is that they're "changing banks" .... for over 6 months. Right ... It wouldn't be such a big problem if the checks they were were good. They're not. They will write you a check knowing it isn't paid and don't care if it bounces in your account. The check will either get denied or reported at a check cashing place so that's also not an option. Any time you contact them and tell them about it, you get the run around. Ultimately they'll just sit on their thumbs and do nothing until they're able to fund the check, usually weeks later after the financial damage has already been done. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE.

  I started a job through this temporary service on July 21st. The job was ****************. I worked ***************** (July 21st & 22nd). Then I worked Sunday, ****************** (July 26th, 27th, 28th). I received a check for my first 2 days (July 21st & 22nd) but never received a check for the 3 days I worked the following week. I quit after that because the job wasnt the right fit for me. Every time I call & ask them where my other check is, they tell me theyre going to call me back & never do. I dont know what else to do at this point. Ive missed payments on essential utilities I need to survive.
