    They sent me an email stating buy on get on free for their bags because I bought from them before with mixed results. They never sent the bags I ordered and now their website doesn't even work. Then they sent out emails saying they are sorry for any delays and will be including a $50 gift certificate to make up for it. Now their email is down now too..Awful company. I believe their buy in get one free email they sent.out ** ***** was their exit plan to take people's money one last time and they knew their company was about to fold when they sent it out.

    Customer support has been informative, prompt and helpful. I have three grow bags and they all have yielded ******************. I won't go anywhere else for my mushroom cultivation tools!

    I regret to express my disappointment with the product and customer service received from this establishment. The soil provided failed to meet the anticipated sterile conditions, adversely affecting the growth of my mushrooms. Furthermore, the policy of not granting refunds for sealed 'sterile' dirt that develops mold beyond 30 days is disappointing.

    Yes I made a purchase that was very misleading from mushroom supplies when I was checking my cart it said subscribe but when I clicked subscribe it came up thank you for your purchase your payment had been received but I wasn't trying to place an order I thought I was subscribing to the newsletter cause absolutely did not say pay now it definitely had subscribe but it **** sure didn't subscribe when I clicked on it it placed an order that I didn't want to make at all so this was very misleading and misinformation an I would like something to be done

    This company is a scam. Ive ordered 3 bags from them and they all turned my mushrooms black. I emailed them several times for help with growing my mushrooms. They send you automatic replies and they dont read your emails. On their website they say you can contact them for help which is lie and I think they need to remove it from their website. Horrible company. Wouldnt recommend getting supplies from this website.
