      I do NOT recommend. Horrible! I am very dissatisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door. They installed a brand new garage door in my home 6 months ago. It was installed by the previous owners just prior to our purchasing the home. The metal cable holding up the door has failed/ come unspooled and it is only 6 months old! When we called for them to come fix it, Precision said they would not help us since we are a new owner of the home. Why would they be so short sighted? I would think a good company would think, here is a new customer. I will take care of them in this little matter (that is probably due to something we didnt install correctly) and perhaps they will become our raving fan and come to us with bigger needs in the future. But this company is short sighted and told us they would not help us repair the 6 month old garage door spool that they installed. We will take all of our future business to another company. I do NOT recommend this company!!!!!!

      I'm very pleased with the quality of work that was done with Prestige. I had an issue, didn't know where to turn and called around. They had someone come out within the hour. The service was timely, and price paid was reasonable. I'm happy I went with them. Navid was wonderful.

      ***** came out on a Saturday morning to repair a broken spring on our door. He called and showed up early and ended up replacing all our hardware except for the door including replacing motor and chain drive with a belt drive. Door is super quiet and smooth. Programmed both our vehicles and was out in an hour and a half. Knowledgeable and polite. Can't say enough good things about *****. Would definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again.

      Very quick response time and great service. The tech was very qualified and repaired all the hinges and rollers. third time I have had my garage service and I will continue to use them.Garage door works like new.

      Great service. Really nice technician. My husband is hearing impaired and ******* took extra time, and was so patient, in explaining what was needed. Replaced our 30 yr old **************** and door springs. Work was done quickly and everything clean up was perfect.
