      Transaction Date Is December 12, 2021 I came to the stoneware Enterprises, *** on December 12, 2021, order the red Dragon 2 CM Polished Granite 116x80x3 116x52x1 and Red Dragon 2 CM Polished Granite Slabs 116x80x30 and total cost $45,234.00 and I deposited 75% of $45,234.00 = $33,925.50. (Please see attach document show stoneware enterprises get money from my ***** ********** and invoice)Until today July 15, 2023, the store did not delivery the product and I talked to ************************* (owner of the store) many times, and I ask him to refund the deposit for me and he did not refund deposit for me. On February 16, 2022, I write a letter requesting a refund to ************************* and he promise me to delivery product before May 5, 2023, and he also gave a refund check date on May 5, 2023, if he did not delivered product on May 5, 2023, and I can cash the check. (Please see attach letter that I gave to ******)After May 5, 2023, ************************* did not deliver product and he told me give him another month because his brother-in-law pass a way and he need more time and I gave him another month.After June 5, 2023, ************************* did not deliver product and I deposited check to ***** ********** on June 12, 2023, at 3:33pm On June 17, 2023, ***** ********** send me letter said the check that I deposit got stop payment and I did not receive the deposit refund I called ************************* and let him know about the check got stop payment and he doesn't want to refund money to me. (Please see attach letter from ***** ***** Bank regarding stop payment on check)Please help me to get the deposit back asap.
