    THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Made a one time purchase for a stair climber. NEVER RECEIVED it, never received shipping info, NOTHING! They then proceeded to charge my card AGAIN for a completely different amount. Does anyone know how to contact this company???

    They sent fake shipping info. Claimed my order was received five days before I had even placed order. Also charged me a "Membership" fee that I did not agree to or was in such small print no one would have expected this. They gave me the run around for a month, wouldn't provide any legitimate shipping info and failed to provide any refund. I believe this is a **** company.

    Mevalo/Melavo is an absolute scam. I saw an advertisement on ******** for a rocking chair that looked like what I was looking for for my kids rooms. I clicked the link and was taken to the chairs product page. I clicked the add to bag button and ordered 2 chairs. I put in my info and paid $79.98.A few days later I was charged $39.98 by Melavo. I thought that was strange since the company I ordered from was Mevalo I double checked. Plus the amount wasnt correct. So we disputed the charge with our credit card company. Turns out, it was a membership fee charged by Mevalo to get access to cheaper prices on their products. I absolutely did not agree to that- I wasnt even aware of it. Our credit card company wouldnt reverse the charge. Fine. They got $40 out of me. After a month, I reach out because I wasnt sent a tracking number. I get a tracking number and it was delivered already. To not my address in not my town. I ask for a replacement and get told it takes 7 business days to investigate the issue. Its been 6 weeks and I still dont have the chairs. Luckily, my credit card company reversed that charge. But they still made $40 off of me. Shame on me. Do NOT order from either Mevalo or Melavo or any combination of those letters. Its definitely a scam.
