  We have had serious issues with Hey Tiles after ordering $7k worth of tile. Many of the tiles in the original shipment showed up cracked and chipped and we notified Hey within 48 hours with photo documentation and requested replacements (we didnt even complain about tiles that were clearly from different lots and had totally different coloring - but for some, this might have also been a big issue). It took them some time but eventually through repeated follow up they agreed to ship replacement tiles. Of the 30 replacements, 21 had deep structural cracks and were unusable. we once again followed up immediately and notified Hey of the defects. They responded but were noncommittal about sending replacements and just kept asking follow up questions about the same things. Then they stopped responding altogether. We put a bank hold on the charge pending resolution of the dispute, and Hey then finally responded and said they wouldnt ship the replacements that theyre legally required to without us lifting the bank hold. Incredibly sketchy company - buyer beware.

  Absolutely gorgeous My remodel is finally finished and I cannot tell you how happy I am with my tile selection. I don't think one piece was damaged or chipped upon arrival as the products were really well packed and the fact that I had to order a little extra because my guys did something I was unaware of? You would never know. They ordered from the same day lot and therefore it just matches beautifully.I ordered the herringbone because my shower tile that I selected had angles on it and I thought the herringbone angles would be very complementary. I was right.I have always been extremely happy with tile bar and will continue to use them for future work.

  Horrible experience. Just make sure your cc company has a good dispute policy. Was sent an email confirmation that a refund was sent on May 22nd, Now onb June 10th, I am still fighting them. I have given up on Hey Tiles being an ethical business. I requested a refund as I was told my order was sent on May 10th, but on may 22nd, after much communication, was informed it was actually just now back in stock. At that point I requested a refund. It has been a headache ever since.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Sent the wrong size tile. Refuse to respond, refund, exchange, or anything. Absolute DISGRACE of a company. Find what you need somewhere else or just flush your money down the toilet.

  Order was delayed. Product was poorly packed in peanuts and weak boxes and arrived severely damaged upon receipt (chipped, broken, covered in sticky adhesive). There was even a razor blade stuck between two pieces of the stone. **************** continued to assert that they would replace damaged tile and never sent. Also, repeatedly said that they would send labels to return the product for a refund, which was initiated within their required complaint window, which never occurred. Was forced to initiate complaint through credit card company as they wouldn't honor their text messages approving a refund.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They sent ** $1,500 of tile that was the wrong color and won't refund **. The customer service agent was SO rude on the phone - what a joke of a company. Now I see what the other reviewers are talking about. I've never had this kind of lack of customer service in my life.

  Shady, shady, shady company. I had to stay on them to get some samples I ordered. It took weeks. When they finally arrived, it was not the correct order. I emailed and was told they would go out right away. I had to continuously follow up asking if they had shipped, was told yes - they kept telling me they'd give the tracking number, which they never did. Its been over a month and I have still not received my order. I told them I would like a refund - which they said they would do right away, still not received that either. Very poorly ran place, sketchy. I would never buy from this place. I would give a 0 if I could

  Ordered ledger tiles (stone panels) that arrived in pieces, completely unusable. They resent another set of boxes and that too still arrived in pieces. So, Ive gotten two shipments of unusable products. *** asked for a refund several times and no responses.

  I bought these nero ******** hexagon along with grey and white tiles to set in random patterns. I could not be happier. The veining is perfect, the color is perfect. They are literally exactly what I wanted. Sometimes its hard to tell online. 2 Nero ******** Hexagon
