    Do NOT ever engage with Coastal Spas for ANY reason. They are rude, arrogant and have MISERABLE customer service. They quoted a price for removal and diagnosis of a leak and then later demanded thousands after they "magically" decided they knew what the problem was, after a technician said they did NOT know. Total fraud and unprofessional way to do business. Total scam of a business. Go to Spa dealers in *********************** or **********... but DO NOT do business with Coastal Spa. They have an F rating and no BBB accreditation for a REASON!!

    I would never recommend Coastal Spa. As so many others have stated they have the worst customer service. Our spa was delivered without a lid. We called Coastal and they said they would order one and have it delivered ASAP. Then they ghosted us. They wont return any calls or even answer the phone. Please anyone who might be reading this, avoid this company.
