    I have the same issue as described in the 3 other compliants filed. This company is engaging in deceptive practices hiding in the fine print charges and refusing to give refunds once they start charging you egregiously for absolutely nothing. I never received any service or product and when I explained that they indicated that by paying for a trial even after cancellation was requested that they have the right to charge me. They charged me ***** twice this month! This is ridiculous and extremely deceptive practices!

    I signed up for the service thinking that it would be a free trial and that it was a digital product. Turns out they want you to meet in person with a stylist and pay more money. They also advertised a satisfaction guarantee so I emailed them and told them I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund. They told me that the total satisfaction guarantee does not apply to complaints about the product. To which I responded how utterly ridiculous that is what is satisfaction if youre not happy with with the product? I resolved the fraudulent transaction with my credit card and Im posting this complaint here for other consumers to beware

    I was lured online to believe that Lumi (Evertech *******************) was a clothing box service. I have used other companies before. I then find out that it is not free, they go ahead and charge you ***** and then when I cancelled, they continued to charge my card. I have sent several emails, and the so-called phone number does not work. I have reported it to my bank and I will have to change all my stuff.

    Until today, I have never heard of Evertech **** or Lumi Place but somehow 2 companies are connected. I was reviewing my bank statements prior to filing taxes and came upon 6 - yes, 6 charges in 1 month from this ****************** that I have never heard of before. There are four $0.99 cent charges on the same day, last September 11th, then another charge of $39.99 on 9/14, and then another charge of $39.99 on 10/14! That is 6 charges in a month and 3 days from a company I have never heard of!! I don't know how they got my name, phone number, credit card number (these were all entered as POS charges), and email address - even though I have never seen an email from them. This is a SCAM - and since I just read that someone else had a problem with Lumi Place and Evertech **** US, there are probably more victims of this scam out there. I have asked for a full refund and a phone call from a manager or vice president ***** employee of the company with an explanation as to how this happened. Why 4 charges of the same amount on the same day and then 2 other charges within a month. Please make sure this is investigated by the BBB and posted so that others are not scammed like I was! I really think that if the truth was known, many more people would come forward with stories like mine and the other person who was brave enough to post a review of these companies.
