    Contacted company after seeing an advertisement to have my business voice searched on Siri and *****. Agreed to ******************* phrases. Paid the one-time fee of 600+ dollars for the service. I was contacted by an employee the next day who I thought was going to discuss further how this system works, however he tried upselling me a $3500.00 ****** search and $199.00 a month service plan and stated if I did not have this product, I would only be receiving 4% of the advertising through Siri and ****** I informed him after 30 min of hard sales tactics that I wish to cancel my service and have the money reimbursed. He abruptly hung up. I called APN and sent them an e-mail immediately requesting to cancel the service I purchased just one day prior. Someone did reach back out and stated that I would not get a refund. After further discussion they did agree to reimburse me $490.00.
